Having learned to identify these qualities in our Information Technology practice, we are now applying the same methods and intuition to this exciting new sector.
Beyond the challenge of recruiting outstanding people from profitable companies into promising but unproven ones, cleantech companies oftentimes must source candidates from the same industries they are seeking to disrupt.
